Account Deletion Information for Kick Heroes

If you want to request deletion of your Kick Heroes account, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Send an email to founder.kickheroes@gmail.com
2️⃣ Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3️⃣ Include in your message:

• Your registered phone number or email

• Your player name (if applicable)

We will process your request within 30 business days.

What data is deleted?

✅ Personally identifiable information (phone number, gender, playing position, foot preference, date of birth, image/photos and any related data to user)
✅ Match history linked to your account

What data is retained?

We may retain aggregated, anonymized data (such as total match counts, app usage statistics) for analytical purposes, but this data is no longer linked to you personally.
